Erica is a multi-industry award-winning video creator who was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. She has spent the duration of her journalism career working in various cities around the world, currently living in London, England, as a brand spokesperson, public speaker, and video content creator for one of the oldest financial institutions in the United Kingdom.

As a creative and driven communications lead with extensive experience in cross channel content creation, digital marketing, and live event coverage (in front of thousands of people), Erica has the proven ability to excel in major-market international television both as a PR spokesperson and a reporter.

In her current role, Erica is a video creator and spokesperson for an investment bank in the downtown core, with an overall goal to make finance both understandable and interesting to the general public. The 2022 Women in Investment Marketing Influencer of the Year takes the view that everyone should have the opportunity to be financially literate, and the key to this should not be buried beneath the barriers that 'finance jargon' presently hold.

In her previous role, Erica was the content lead for an ice hockey team in Western New York. In three seasons, her communications team was recipients of both an AHL Award for Digital Excellence, and a Telly Award for Best Sports Feature. Additionally, Erica represented the franchise remotely during community events, executed fan-facing marketing/sponsorship elements, and appeared regularly on Fox Rochester, ESPN Rochester and iHeartMedia programs. The 2017-18 IIHF World Junior Championship host was also the only female team reporter in the AHL at the time.

Prior to her move to New York State, Erica lived in San Antonio, Texas, where she worked as a host for Spurs Sports and Entertainment's AHL and NBA teams- San Antonio Rampage and San Antonio Spurs. For SS&E, Erica hosted AHL and NBA games for audiences up to 18,000 people, made community appearances, and represented the franchise on major-market television in San Antonio.

Before that, Erica was a basketball sideline interviewer for the Pan Am Games in Toronto, a feature reporter for the OHL Hamilton Bulldogs, and a 2014 graduate from the Ryerson School of Journalism- the most prestigious journalism program in Canada.
